Requirements :

• A 3G Smartphone (preferably Android with 3G)
• Know what is WCDMA and GSM
• And a finger to touch or type :P

Procedure :

• Set your mobile network to GSM or 2G
• Activate any 2G pack when your phone is in 2G mode.
• Browse for a minute
• Minimize the windows or browser or whatever 
• Go to Settings
• Switch the network mode to WCDMA or 3G

Result:        Unlimited 3G speed at 2G cost :)
